Tracy Redfern
Leadership Advisor, Culture Architect & Founder
Some of the most meaningful breakthroughs in leadership happen in the pause, the space between doing and deciding. It’s where leaders begin to see themselves more clearly. Reflection alone isn’t enough, without action, insight fades and momentum is lost.
That understanding is what led me to found Reflection to Action. After more than 25 years leading global teams, including serving as Global Head of Culture & People Operations at Bloomberg Media, I saw firsthand what becomes possible when leaders pair deep reflection with intentional action. I watched leaders change not only results, but the day-to-day experience of the people and teams they led. My work is grounded in one belief: when leaders feel seen and heard, they lead differently.
As an Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor and Culture Architect, I partner with senior leaders and organizations navigating growth, transition, and complexity, creating space for reflection, honest dialogue, and thoughtful decision-making.
Leadership Advisory
A trusted Executive Coach for senior leaders.

Leadership at senior levels can be isolating. Decisions carry weight, context is complex, and there’s rarely space to think out loud without consequence.
Leadership Advisory is a confidential, steady partnership for leaders navigating complexity, transition, or decisions they don’t want to rush. It creates space to examine what is actually shaping the situation and move forward with intention.
Who this is designed for
- Leaders carrying responsibility and wanting space to think more deliberately
- Those stepping into new scope or navigating change
- Leaders facing decisions without clear answers
- Anyone seeking a trusted thought partner who listens closely and asks better questions
The Design

Culture Architecture
Shaping human-centered cultures through intentional design, dialogue, and leadership practice.
Culture isn’t what you say - it’s what you do. It lives in the systems you build, the behaviors you enable, and the presence your leaders bring every day.
Culture Architecture supports leaders and organizations who want culture reinforced through daily action.
Who this is designed for
- Organizations aligning culture with leadership practice
- Teams rebuilding trust after disruption or change
- Leaders bringing value into everyday decisions and ways of working

Reflection Rooms
Small circles. Spacious conversations. Meaningful shifts.

Reflection Rooms are intentionally curated gatherings for leaders at the same level who want to slow down and think alongside peers.
These are not meetings, workshops, or programs. There is no agenda and no curriculum.
Leaders speak honestly, listen carefully, and think out loud without judgment. Insight emerges through presence, trust, and unhurried reflection.
Who this is designed for
- Leaders who prefer honest conversation over posturing
- Those wanting space to think out loud with peers they trust
- Leaders navigating complexity without ready-made answers
The Design
- Group size: Up to seven leaders
- Duration: Eight weeks, four 90-minute sessions
- Cadence: Every other week
- Structure: No agenda, no curriculum
- Facilitation: Held with care, presence, and thoughtful inquiry
Book Conversations
A Shared reflection experience
Book Conversations offer a structured entry into shared reflection. Anchored in a common book, they create space to slow down, examine ideas shaping leadership and decision-making, and notice the questions that surface through dialogue.
- Duration: Three sessions over three weeks
- Session Length: 60-70 minutes
- Format: Live, facilitated conversation on Zoom
- Group size: Intentionally limited
- Preparation: Participants are expected to read the book in advance
